Sicilian dinner: 15 Apr 2005
Different cuisine (although usual place) this time. We go down to Sicily for a typical Pasta alla Norma, and for a even more typical (Messina) ghiotta di tonno. According to a legend, it was Nino Martoglio who firstly exclaimed, after tasting the pasta, "ma chista e' na vera Norma"!
Futhermore, we've been honoured to have with us prof. N. March.
