Research Overview

My current work is supported by a Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowship within the 7th European Community Framework Programme (Grant Agreement PIIF-GA-2012-326435 RespSpatDisp)

My research is aimed at
(1) Development of a novel theoretical framework for first-principles description of macroscopic electromagnetic response of solids with a full and accurate account of the spatial dispersion and memory effects
(2) Development of a theoretical framework for first-principles description of magnetoopical response for solids
(3) Identification and analysis of two-level systems in amorphous alumina
